Responsibilities

  • Provide support to individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Assist participants in achieving developmental goals, such as budgeting and nutrition.
  • Build meaningful relationships and engage participants in community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with families and Mentors to deliver individualized therapeutic services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
