This position involves working in various locations, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:

• Provide systematic training and customized supports based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop training programs tailored to individual goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure accountability and compliance.
• Enhance personal growth and progress through regular monitoring and adjustments.
• Act as a positive role model and trainer for socially enhancing behavior and personal development.
• Follow safety precautions and regulations to ensure individual well-being.
• Facilitate community access and social skills development.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferably one year of experience in human services.

Special Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug/alcohol screenings.
