Director Of Memory Care

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Memory Care to join our team at Experience Senior Living. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a safe and enriching environment for residents with dementia or cognitive challenges.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and vibrant environment for residents, team members, and visitors.
• Manage and supervise all Memory Care team members effectively.
• Develop and organize daily enriching programs for the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Train, lead, and assist team members in understanding and implementing our philosophy of care.
• Conduct individual resident assessments and develop personalized service and program plans.
• Support census building initiatives and community outreach.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in caring for people with dementia or cognitive challenges.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in budget analysis, conducting trainings, and supervising team members.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with motor vehicle policy standards.
