Director of Nursing (RN) - Emergency Department

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a highly qualified Director of Nursing for their Emergency Department. The Director will provide 24-hour management of the department, supervise nursing staff, contribute to staff development, and ensure quality improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in aligning nursing practices with evidence-based standards and managing the department's budget effectively.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's in related field preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN (or qualifying state) license.
• Previous management experience required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of emergency nursing experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Knowledge of human resources management, program development, fiscal management, and regulatory standards.
