Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Director of Resident Experience (Activities Director) to join the Experience Senior Living team in Orange City, FL. As a key member of our community admin department, you will oversee all aspects of the Resident Experience Program, creating and organizing engaging activities for residents and coordinating events to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Resident Experience Program.
  • Organize group, individual, and one-on-one activities catering to residents' needs.
  • Research, develop, and modify community events and programs based on resident interests.
  • Prepare and publish monthly event calendars for residents and families.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and partnerships.
  • Supervise team members, volunteers, and vendors.
  • Drive company vehicles for various community needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and software platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
