Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living team. As a crucial member of our kitchen operations, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, dining, and storage areas. Your contribution will directly impact the exceptional dining experience we provide to our residents.
Compensation
- Starting at $15/hr, with opportunities for growth within the dining department and other areas.
- Discounted medical and dental benefits available for employees working 30+ hours.
- 401k with company contribution up to 3% once eligible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
- Support stock/utility team with inventory, stocking, and tracking.
- Adhere to safety guidelines including the use of designated safety equipment.
Requirements
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
