Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Donation Attendant to join the Thurmont Store team in Thurmont, Maryland. As a Donation Attendant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, accepting donations, and supporting our mission to promote sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.
Starting Pay: $15.00 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accepts all donations, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Correctly labels Gaylords and provides receipts to donors.
- Assists with loading and unloading items and maintains organization in the production room.
- Operates equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
- Conducts daily safety inspections and follows all safety protocols.
- Models Goodwill Core Values including Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Forklift certification.
