Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our Greenfield Store team at the University & Greenfield location. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and supporting the mission of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accept all donations from customers with outstanding customer service.
- Correctly label Gaylords and ensure donors receive a receipt.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
- Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
- Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections.
- Perform floor care duties as required.
- Model Goodwill Core Values in daily tasks.
- Cross train in other store positions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen where applicable.
