Dosimetrist - Beavercreek - Radiation Oncology - FT/First Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dosimetrist to join our Radiation Oncology team at Kettering Health Network in Beavercreek. As a Dosimetrist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality treatment plans for a variety of sites using advanced techniques like IMRT, SRT, and SRS. Collaborating closely with physicists and physicians, you will ensure the best possible care for our patients throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and efficient treatment plans utilizing various external beam techniques.
• Troubleshoot and solve patient setup issues during simulation and treatment.
• Collaborate with the medical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Assist in developing and implementing dosimetry-related policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Board certification in Medical Dosimetry by MDCB or board eligibility with certification intent.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and problem solve effectively.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
