Job Description
Title: Downtown View Housing Program Supervisor

YouthLink, a recognized leader in guiding homeless youth towards self-reliance, is seeking a Housing Program Supervisor to oversee the Downtown View program. The role entails managing day-to-day operations, providing case management services, and fostering inclusive activities for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Downtown View program.
- Provide inclusive, responsive case management services to young residents.
- Conduct regular 1x1 meetings, team meetings, and annual performance reviews.
- Monitor and coordinate employee schedules and training efforts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in program supervision or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to provide meaningful and productive activities for young people.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Passion for supporting homeless youth and advancing social missions.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $58,000 - 62,000.
