Learning Grove, a leading nonprofit early childhood education provider in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher to join our team. Our teachers play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating a supportive environment for children aged 6 weeks through 6 years.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans with support from built-in coaches and resources.
• Maintain clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environments following the Constructivist Theory.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Promote social-emotional learning and child-led play through positive redirection.
• Demonstrate commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusivity.
• Maintain confidentiality of program, families, and staff information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, CDA, Associate's degree, or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience working with young children and managing classrooms effectively.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
