Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team on new product designs.
- Participate in electronic hardware design reviews and validation processes.
- Support quality assurance and failure analysis activities.
- Provide technical assistance for electrical testing and maintain high design standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in battery technology and product design.
- Proficient in reading schematics and troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Experience with CAN, RS485, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in soldering and using lab equipment.
- Knowledge of Altium Designer or similar software.
- Strong project management skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
