Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Maintenance technician to join Waupaca Foundry, Inc., a leading provider of iron castings in North America. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring efficient operations and supporting special projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety policies.
- Participate in housekeeping programs and follow work instructions.
- Make electrical adjustments to machinery for optimal performance.
- Perform various electrical tasks including troubleshooting and repairs.
Qualifications
- Education or experience in an Electrical-related field.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in conduit bending, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other technical skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Successful completion of selection process including interviews and aptitude tests.
- Physical fitness for job requirements.
