Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an Electrical Technician to join our team at LC Staffing, a leading provider of communication and response products. As an Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products. This dynamic position requires multitasking abilities, teamwork, safety awareness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Starting wage: $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities
- Splice wires, solder connections, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- Install wiring for AC and DC systems and controls.
- Route cabling in vehicles and terminate connections at specified points.
- Ensure quality standards are met through meticulous work inspection.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-5+ years of experience in 12V and 120V electrical work OR relevant certification.
- Experience reading and following blueprints.
- Ability to prioritize deadlines, work collaboratively, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with construction, carpentry, or woodworking.
- Previous work involving 12V and 120V electrical systems.
- Passion for vehicle customization and modifications.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
