Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Employee Success Associate at Larkin Benefit Administrators. As an Employee Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in administering leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws. This position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, the ability to learn and adapt quickly, and effective coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients in accordance with client policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients' employees, healthcare providers, and HR team members, answering inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists to ensure timely and accurate claim adjudication.
  • Maintain high-quality employee leave and ADA files according to established standards.
  • Participate in client meetings, training programs, and company-wide meetings which may involve occasional travel.

Requirements

  • A four-year college degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and strong typing skills.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and learn new concepts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
