Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients.
- Identify and recommend strategies to fulfill client objectives.
- Draft estate planning documents and trusts.
- Explain complex legal concepts to clients.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients, accountants, and advisors.
- Cultivate client relationships and develop a client base.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and California State Bar license.
- 3+ years of estate planning experience.
- Strong communication skills and financial knowledge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and case management software.
