Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and their orders are accurate.
• Write down orders, suggestively sell to guests, and ring them into the POS system promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specifications, pre-bus tables efficiently, and complete assigned side work.
• Adhere to brand delivery standards, maintain cleanliness, and follow uniform guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills, communication abilities, and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Organized, capable of multitasking, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
