Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fiber Splicer to join ElectriCom Inc, a leading Utility Construction company. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction-related tasks, including fiber optic cabling, splicing, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities

• Provide support for construction activities throughout all project phases.
• Operate equipment and hand tools for splicing and construction tasks.
• Install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables following designs and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve signal issues independently.
• Drive trucks and equipment to job sites, prepare reports, and assist in administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fiber splicing experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in seasonal elements.
• Capability to be on call 24/7/365 and travel frequently.
• Physical ability to lift 75 pounds, pass drug tests, and have a good driving record.
• DOT physical required.
