Field Engineer - Grading

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Engineer specializing in grading to join our team at Landmark Construction. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budget management, and effective project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of employees by enforcing proper work practices and safety protocols.
• Manage budget requirements and maintain full knowledge of project scope and materials.
• Coordinate and plan project activities with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Supervise and train crew members, resolving personnel issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects as required on-site.
