Job Description

We are ITECH Holding LLC, a trusted security solutions integrator specializing in custom security systems. Currently, we are seeking a reliable and efficient Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and routing Field Service Technicians across the U.S. to ensure operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and exceptional customer service.


  • Plan, route, and schedule technician trips to maximize revenue and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as a primary scheduling contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize software to manage job scheduling efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling roadblocks proactively.
  • Track job progress and continuously improve planning processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly.
