Job Description
Flexential is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer II to focus on Hybrid/Cloud and Managed Services, as well as Large Retail Colocation opportunities. The role involves providing pre-sales technical expertise for CMS Deal Pursuit and designing comprehensive cloud and dedicated architectures that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Regional Partner development and technical enablement.
- Architecting Cloud and Managed Services solutions for new logo customers.
- Supporting national sales teams with technical designs of CMS Solutions.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Create and present complete CMS/Hybrid solution designs to potential customers.
- Conduct datacenter tours and provide post-sale information transfer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- 6-9 years of relevant sales or consulting experience.
- Ability to design and explain solutions to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical background in managed IT services.
- Experience in cloud-based web applications, infrastructure design, and data center technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer interaction skills.
- Knowledge of database environments, storage solutions, and IT security best practices.

Compensation
- Base pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
- Variable pay: Discretionary annual bonus.
