Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Staff Supervisor to join our team at Open Arms Home Care. As a Field Staff Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing caregivers and maintaining exceptional care for our clients. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Introduce caregivers to clients and assess their abilities.
• Help update and complete care assessments.
• Evaluate caregiver performance and provide training if needed.
• Contribute to the care planning process and support caregivers accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania CNA License or HHA Certificate.
• 2 years of home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured automobile.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
