Fleet Safety Dashcam / Telematics Program Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a Fleet Safety Dashcam / Telematics Program Administrator to join ElectriCom Inc. As the main overseer of the program, you will manage all aspects, including implementation, training, troubleshooting, monitoring, and collaboration with the dashcam vendor.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and manage the Fleet Dashcam program.
• Monitor and address negative driver actions to maintain a safe fleet.
• Inform leadership of program-related issues and trends.
• Maintain communication with the dashcam vendor.
• Assist in program implementation and store dashcam footage as needed.
• Build positive relationships with business unit leadership and drivers.
• Coordinate repairs or replacements of dashcam hardware.

Requirements

• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the capacity to motivate others.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Willingness to learn dashcam and telematics systems.
• Objective assessment skills and high reliability.
