Join the Silver Diner team as a Food Expeditor - Go To, and become the crucial link between our kitchen and guests. As a Food Expeditor, you will ensure the presentation of all dishes meets our high standards, coordinate with servers for timely delivery, and maintain the cleanliness of your station.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate between front and heart of house associates to ensure smooth operations.
- Garnish and present dishes according to Silver Diner specifications.
- Maintain a positive attitude, cleanliness, and uphold Silver Diner's brand standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
