Job Description
We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic people to be the heart of our kitchens at Silver Diner Development, LLC. The Food Expeditor (GOTO) position serves as a critical link between the front of the house and heart of the house, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. As a part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with servers, organize orders, finish food presentation, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Complete final garnishing of plates and ensure plate presentation meets Silver Diner specs.
- Facilitate communication between front of house and heart of house associates.
- Support servers by organizing orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests, and maintaining quality standards.
- Be punctual, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold uniform and cleanliness standards.
- Provide excellent guest service and contribute to the overall brand delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Preferably previous restaurant experience.
- Passion for quality, clear communication, multitasking abilities, and strong organizational skills.
