Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Food Scientist to join the NeoLife team. As a Food Scientist, you will play a crucial role in product innovation, co-manufacturer collaboration, and product development processes. You will be responsible for managing product specifications, troubleshooting issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying project risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface with co-manufacturers for product innovations and renovations.
- Oversee piloting and manufacturing of products.
- Create raw material and finished product specifications.
- Source innovative raw materials for new products.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product development process.

Compensation
Yearly Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
