Job Description
We are currently hiring a talented Full Time Painter to join our team at Bishop Gadsden, the Southeast's premier life care retirement community in Charleston. As a Full Time Painter, you will be responsible for performing interior and exterior painting to uphold the highest quality standards efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute interior and exterior painting tasks with precision.
- Conduct minor drywall patches and repairs as needed.
- Maintain supplies and meet facility schedules promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a secure work environment.
- Cooperate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Operate on ladders and scaffolds as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior professional painting experience is essential.
- Ability to perform drywall repairs is a must.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical labor.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with residents and colleagues.
