General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our 10 Fitness team in delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate and guide the team towards success. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe club environment while ensuring all members receive outstanding service and support.

Management Responsibilities

• Communicate with Senior Management on member-related matters.
• Manage staffing needs, including recruiting and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and friendly work environment for all employees.
• Monitor club expenses and inventory.
• Lead staff meetings and provide coaching for employee development.

Member Experience

• Greet members by name and assist them in achieving their fitness goals.
• Handle inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote club memberships, services, and products.
• Maintain equipment and facilities for optimal functionality.
• Address member concerns and incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• 1-2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Education and Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and communicate effectively.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Mon-Thur: 9am-6pm, Fri: 9am-3pm. Yearly Salary: $42,000 - $50,000.
