We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a GNA, you will play a vital role in assisting residents to enhance their quality of life. From executing restorative therapy programs to providing personalized care, you will contribute to creating a supportive and enriching environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated residents in line with the Sunrise Mission of Championing Quality of Life for All Seniors
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized restorative therapy plans
• Maintain accurate records of restorative care for each resident
• Ensure proper maintenance and availability of adaptive and medical equipment

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as per regulations
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
• Passion for serving seniors with care and respect
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak service hours
