Job Description
We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic individuals to join us as GOTO (Food Expeditors) at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a GOTO, you will be the vital link between our kitchen and front of the house, ensuring that all orders are completed with precision and delivered promptly to our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the culinary arts, learn about different flavor profiles, and collaborate closely with both cooks and servers.
Responsibilities
- Support FOH Associates, especially Servers, to guarantee Guest Satisfaction in the areas of Speed of Service and Accuracy of Orders.
- Complete final plate garnishes and ensure plate presentation according to Silver Diner specs.
- Organize orders and facilitate timely pick-up and delivery to Guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to SMG scoring standards for Speed of Service & Accuracy of Order.
Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
