Job Description
We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic individuals to join our team as GOTO (Food Expeditors) at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a GOTO, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by expediting and garnishing food orders, supporting servers, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth communication and operations between front of the house and heart of the house associates.
- Support servers by completing final plate garnishes, organizing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to Silver Diner specifications for plate presentation, cleanliness, and uniform standards.
- Assist in cost balancing by being knowledgeable about menu items and maintaining organized workstations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high-quality standards.
