Job Description
Hornblower is seeking Full and Part Time Guest Services Deckhands for South Shore operation in Hingham, MA. If you are adaptable, dynamic, and embody the RESPECT Service System, we want you to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality following the RESPECT Service System.
- Ensure passenger and vessel safety by following procedures and participating in training & safety drills.
- Assist in maintaining vessel equipment and cleanliness of common areas.
- Handle lines, moor vessels, and help with boarding/disembarking of passengers.
- Work in confined spaces and be available for flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Service-oriented with energetic personality.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, throw mooring lines, and work without sitting for extended periods.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident per maritime law.
- CPR/AED Certification a plus.
