Job Description

Lesley University is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Advancement to lead the philanthropy program, emphasizing sustainable annual giving, major gifts, and foundation support. Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will devise and execute plans for systematic cultivation, growth of giving programs, alumni engagement, and lifelong support commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership in development.
• Experience in major campaign management and diversity commitment.
• Expertise in fundraising, Raiser’s Edge, and team leadership.
