Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized assistance and care services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
