Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement in life-enriching activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain a safe and hospitable environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
