Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, attend to their unique preferences, and notify management of changes in condition.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
