Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a HOME CARE SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) and be part of our commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through recovery at home. As a per diem team member, you will provide direct treatment and follow-up services, conduct patient evaluations, and develop customized care plans for those with speech, language, swallow, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services with a focus on evidence-based improvement.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in patient care conferences, meetings, and educational sessions.
• Conduct research, offer in-service education, and support peer development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in speech language pathology with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in speech language pathology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and CPR certification.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and flexibility in working conditions.
• Minimum one year of therapist experience in any setting.
