Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods team. The Care Manager (CNA, HHA, or PCA) will provide personalized care to residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Monitor and communicate changes in residents' conditions.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Promote a safe and enriching living environment for residents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team setting.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience with seniors is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act in the residents' best interests and uphold Sunrise's Principles of Service.
