Job Description
Join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a Home Health Aide and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and build meaningful relationships with seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to management.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and programs.
- Deliver exceptional dining and hospitality services to residents and guests.
- Support residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
