Job Description: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of West Palm Beach in Vero Beach, Florida. In this role, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and provide exceptional patient care in a home-based setting. As a part of our team, you will work with physicians, oversee patient care, and ensure that patients receive the necessary support and education for their recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provide home-based care to patients post-discharge from healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care routines.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for home health services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience, home healthcare experience preferred.
- Active RN license in the state of Florida and CPR certification.
- Proficiency in Oasis and strong knowledge of home health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
