Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing state-of-the-art care and pain management services to our patients and their families during challenging times.
Responsibilities
- Apply nursing theories and concepts effectively.
- Coordinate patient care with the Hospice team, family, and physicians.
- Communicate empathetically with patients and families.
- Participate in IDT meetings and quality reviews.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure with clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of home health and hospice care programs.
- Understanding of nursing principles, policies, and reimbursement guidelines.
- CPR certification and continuing education compliance.
- Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
