Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or home care settings.
- Possess a valid NC driver's license.
- National Certification (CHPN) recommended after at least 2 years of full-time RN experience in hospice nursing.
