We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join Charter Senior Living. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and public restrooms while adhering to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments by changing bed linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchenettes.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and public restrooms through dusting, vacuuming, and window washing.
• Keep housekeeping cart organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, and communicate needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
