In-Home Family Counselor

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate In-Home Family Counselor to join our team at Highfields Inc. As an in-home counselor, you will provide therapy directly in the homes of families, creating a comfortable and familiar environment for children and family members. By observing their home space, you will build connections more effectively and provide person-centered treatment to help identify their strengths, dreams, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and family therapy in a home setting.
• Utilize a person-centered approach to support clients in achieving their aspirations.
• Offer crisis intervention, testing, and training in social and parenting skills.
• Work remotely and provide face-to-face services with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• State licensure matching the degree (or ability to acquire).
• Minimum of one year experience in counseling children and families.
