Information Systems Analyst

Job Description

Youth Research Inc. is looking for a talented Information Systems Analyst to join our team in Delmar, NY. As part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing various system applications to meet the technical demands of our projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining databases, developing web interfaces, coding application components, and automating data processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid system applications.
• Maintain existing databases and create new ones.
• Develop data-driven web interfaces for users to interact with databases.
• Code application components and scripts for data management.
• Create systems to automate data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Test and update web applications using tools like MadCap Flare.
• Ensure security for all projects and environments.
• Conduct research for software updates and new applications.
• Prepare reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in programming web applications and databases.
• Knowledge of languages and technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Java Script.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience with Agile methodology, TSQL, cloud computing, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products like Azure AD, SharePoint, and Active Directory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with New York State agencies.
