IT Support Specialist - Level III

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist - Level III to join MicroTech Systems, Inc in our Boise, Idaho office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our business and clients, demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert by addressing software and hardware issues, conducting product evaluations, and suggesting alternatives and recommendations.
• Provide client support by collaborating with the technical team, communicating with vendors, and improving programs to meet client goals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Six years of technical support experience, including advanced network design, Microsoft server applications, infrastructure installation, and O365 migrations.
• Strong time management skills, troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and superior client relations.
