IT Systems Engineer

Job Description

Mill Run is currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team. As an IT Systems Engineer at ADS, you will play a crucial role in architecting, implementing, and supporting mobile device solutions and identity/authentication systems for both Customer and Enterprise Applications within Entra. You will collaborate with vendors, application owners, and end users to ensure the security, performance, and usability of our mobile and identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage iOS, Android & Windows devices with a focus on Intune.
• Architect solutions within Intune to address business needs.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to Intune, utilizing PowerShell and Excel.
• Implement Single Sign-On solutions with application vendors/owners.
• Manage Workforce & Customer Identity within Entra ID.
• Oversee Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication for supported devices.
• Collaborate on Tier III mobile/Intune issues with Lead Systems Engineer.
• Partially manage other 365 Admin platforms such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and find solutions independently.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-3 years of Microsoft Intune experience or other Mobile Device Management platform.
• 1-2 years of experience in On-Prem and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of Group Policy vs. MDM configurations.
