Job Description
Join our team at Higley Store located in Gilbert, Arizona, as a Full-Time Janitor. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at our facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash, and fulfilling special cleaning requests to ensure a pleasant environment for our customers and staff.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leadership of cleaning supplies and equipment needs.
- Report any incidents of theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized possession of company property.
- Monitors and reports necessary repairs and additions to building systems.
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
- Handle cleaning tasks such as trash collection, floor sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Participate in safety compliance and injury reporting procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record if needed.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
