Overview:

Kettering Health Network, a not-for-profit system of medical centers and outpatient facilities in southwest Ohio, is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. The position involves coordinating and supervising the operations of the Core Lab in Middletown under managerial and medical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate section activities
• Maintain quality control, inventory, and accreditation standards
• Manage staff selection, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Oversee budgetary control and maintain records
• Coordinate student rotations and participate in customer service programs
• Monitor quality control, inventory, and supply ordering
• Ensure safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory or related field
• 3 years of Medical Technology experience
• MT or MLS (ASCP) Certificate
