Job Description
TPC Boston is currently seeking a Landscape Gardener I to join our Golf Course Maintenance Department. As an entry-level position, you will be trained to operate specialized equipment and perform various landscape operations tasks to maintain the pristine grounds of our award-winning golf course.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow directions, operate machinery, and complete training program.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate a motor vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Clean and inspect machinery regularly.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks as directed by superiors.
- Operate equipment for various landscaping activities.
- Adhere to safety standards and wear protective gear.
Physical Demands
This role requires physical activity, including lifting and operating equipment, in outdoor weather conditions. Specific vision abilities are necessary, and compliance with safety regulations is essential.
Work Environment
Travel is not anticipated for this position. Shifts will be scheduled based on business needs. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.
